It hasn’t been on the market long, so eat at your own risk. ❌ ERYTHRITOL: Heavily processed sweetener typically made from GMO corn. Linked to increased risk of heart attacks and strokes. ❌ PALM KERNEL OIL: Refined oil that is very processed and contributes to inflammation in the body. ❌ MONO AND DIGLYCERIDES: Contains trans fat which is strongly correlated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease. ❌ CELLULOSE GUM or GEL: Usually made from wood, because it’s cheap. May alter gut bacteria, increase the risk of inflammatory bowel disease, metabolic syndrome, significant weight gain, and cancer. ❌ LOCUST BEAN & GUAR GUM: Can kill healthy gut bacteria, and disrupt the microbiome. ❌ SOY LECITHIN: Emulsifier likely derived from GMO soybeans and extracted with hexane, a neurotoxin (unless organic). ❌ CARRAGEENAN: Thickener and emulsifier linked to digestive issues and cancer. ❌ HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP: A heavily processed sweetener linked to increased risk of weight gain, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, cancer and dementia. ❌ BIOENGINEERED INGREDIENTS LABEL: This means it contains GMO ingredients derived from bioengineered seeds – like corn or soy – injected with new DNA, viruses, herbicides, insecticides and/or other substances – to be resistant to synthetic chemicals.
