TEGNA Foundation TEGNA Foundation has served the mission of TEGNA Inc. by supporting community programs where TEGNA does business investing in the future of the media industry encouraging employee giving and contributing to a variety of charitable causes. Since 2015 TEGNA Foundation has made nearly 4000 grants totaling approximately 24 million dollars. While grantmaking is paused at the current time TEGNA remains committed to supporting our nonprofit partners through raising awareness for their initiatives and partnering in community volunteer projects.
