We are here to serve our members! PROVIDE ELECTRIC SERVICE TO MEMBER OWNERS ON A PATRONAGE BASIS. SERVE AN AVERAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 17,728 CONSUMERS MONTHLY.

Today we bring power to more than 16000 homes and 1000 businesses in a 200squaremile area of Eastern Kentucky serving Breathitt Elliott Lee Magoffin Menifee Morgan Rowan Wolfe counties. Licking Valley has 2033 miles of line to maintain. The average residential monthly kWh usage per consumer is 1025.
