We help low-income and at-risk youths open their eyes to the world of possibilities that await them and guide them on a career path unique to each individual.We are former college presidents, CEOs, professors, and provosts with over 250 years of collective, higher-ed experience. Some of us are also business leaders and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to guide youths in making the best decisions possible in choosing a career, a pathway to attain that career, and maybe a college and field of study too.The goal of PeCÄXX and its advisors is to ensure each young person leaves us knowing:1) Which careers suit them best; and2) How specifically to attain the education, experience, and 'connection' required to succeed both in college and in life.We aim to expand the outlook of disadvantaged youths and help them see that college really IS within their reach. With the help of our advisors, they will have the knowledge and motivation they need to seize their future and prosper.
