Pure Energy Velo has a mission of creating healthier activities through the advocacy, education, and promotion of cycling in our community, as an additional means of minimizing risks and coping with Cancer, Diabetes, Rheumatological diseases, and Obesity. In addition, Pure Energy Velo's mission includes connecting residents of the community with each other and our natural settings.Professional and amateur cyclist, and local volunteers are ambassadors to the foundation and conduct school and camp visits with youth about the safety, benefits, mechanics, and rules of cycling. In addition, they provide workshops and basic coaching programs. As a follow-up, the participants will be encouraged to continue to bike in order to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle. Pure Energy Velo also holds community cycling events, such as HippoCross Cycling Festival to enable local cyclist to compete in bicycle racing.
