Supporting Parents of Premature Babies. #preemies The Little Bear Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable non profit organization supporting families of premature babies. The Mission of the Little Bear Foundation is to provide support to families of premature babies. We offer education and care throughout the entire preemie experience - from birth to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to life after the hospital. We also provide support to families who are pregnant again after having a premature baby. The Little Bear Foundation, Inc. will work until no family feels alone.
