Children should achieve permanence wellbeing and History Founded as The Group Child Care Association of Kentucky in May of 1961 to give a voice to Kentuckys abused and neglected children. What We Do We advocate for improved care and treatment of Kentuckys children by bringing together agencies providing services to children.
