Read the Commission's full report at: https://t.co/bHGyowiD5X NCCIT IS AN INDEPENDENT AND PUBLIC INQUIRY ON THE USE OF NORTH CAROLINA'S TAXPAYER-FUNDED FACILITIES TO FACILITATE THE CIA'S RENDITION, DETENTION, AND INTERROGATION (RDI) PROGRAM. THE NCCIT ENCOURAGES PUBLIC DISCUSSION AND ENGAGEMENT ON THE FACTS OF THE RDI PROGRAM, AND SEEKS TO BUILD CONSENSUS AND MOMENTUM FOR GOVERNMENT-LED ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE U.S. USE OF TORTURE.
