Joplin Trails Coalition Joplin Missouri039s Regional Rail Trail Organization Joplin Missouri039s Regional Rail Trail Organization About Us The Joplin Trails Coalition JTC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and maintaining multiuse trails in Joplin Webb City Carthage Oronogo and Carl Junction Missouri. We currently manage two trails the Frisco Greenway Trail that runs through Joplin and Webb City and the Ruby Jack Trail that goes west from Carthage MO through Oronogo Carl Junction and on to the Kansas state Line. Both of these trails are Rails To Trails projects meaning they are former railroads that have been converted to multiuse trails. The trails are created and maintained via the hard work of many volunteers and generous donations from individuals and businesses throughout the community.
