TO PROVIDE YOUNG WOMEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE TOGETHER AS SELF-GOVENRING CITIZENS AND TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THE DUTIES, PRIVILEGES, RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITES OF AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP.
