Medical Resources International, Inc., hereafter "MRI", is a 501(c)(3) charity.  The purpose of MRI is to protect and promote the health of individuals, families and communities nationally and internationally with emphasis on the medically underserved areas of Africa.  The means of providing such healthcare, includes, but is not limited to, maintaining healthcare facilities, medical missions, facilities for instruction, public awareness publication of diseases, and other healthcare forms.
