We provide counseling and support services to those impacted by sexual violence intimate partner violence and human trafficking. About Us Incorporated in 1978 to serve survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence in Baltimore County we expanded to provide services in Baltimore in 1995. Three years later as we celebrated 20 years of leadership in the field the agencys name was changed to Second Step Inc.
