The mission of Quad City Strongman and its members is to promote physical fitness through unique training methods which strengthen the body, mind and spirit. QCS offers informational and educational strength seminars and demonstrations to local youth and amateur athletes through school and community programs, as well as through an annual strength & fitness expo. Our members promote the key message of the importance of confidence, self esteem, dedication and humility.

Quad City Strongman is proud of their community involvement. Quad City Strongman fulfills their mission by holding fundraisers for other community organizations offering free clinics to area youth working with veterans that are transitioning back to civilian life offering an annual scholarship and have partnered with agencies such as QC United Arrowhead Ranch Moline Youth Service Bureau QC Paws and many others. Quad City Strongman is a 501C3 organization using all revenue generated to give back to the community.
