Sankofatech We are Building a pipeline of talented Black software engineers data scientists Nationwide. We support Black college students in their journey to become successful engineers. Our Motivation for Action the Leaky Tech Pipeline Lack Computer Science Fundamentals Lowincome students and students of color are much less likely to have access to computer science courses at their high schools than their peers. Gaps in CSDegree Completion According to data from the Leaky Tech Pipeline Only 9 of computer science students are Black and just as concerning only 9 of those students complete their degree.
