Girl STEM Stars is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that advances Black girls and youth of color in STEM. A 501c3 Non Profit advancing Girls of color from underserved communities, in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). GIRL STEM STARS vision is to catalyze a fully diverse and inclusive STEM community. Our mission is to foster excitement, confidence and literacy in STEM for girls of color, particularly those from underrepresented communities, by providing free, experiential programs and by maximizing meaningful interactions with women mentors in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and arts.
