SAAR is the local Association to support the Shoals Area REALTORS® whose purpose is to help our community buy and sell property with transparency and integrity and to serve the communities we live in. The purpose of the Shoals Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) is to serve its members by developing, providing, and promoting programs and services which will improve their ability to conduct business successfully with integrity and competence; empower and support members which enables them to professionally operate their businesses; become more profitable and successful, and serve their communities; enhance the REALTOR® image and involvement in the community; and be the voice for REALTORS® in the political arena and Northern Alabama.
