Making the practice of yoga accessible to all in Santa Cruz County. Yoga For All Movement is about making the practice of yoga accessible to all in Santa Cruz County and the Central Coast. We are a volunteer yoga collective that teaches to underserved populations through a trauma sensitive lens including, individuals experiencing incarceration, youth in probation settings, youth attending alternative education school program, women and mothers in recovery from substance use, adults with chronic pain, survivors of domestic violence, and more. We define accessible as equity, as in fairness. This foundation for creating equity has lead us to create a four part vision: teaching to underserved communities, working with yoga studios to open up their doors to all walks of life, training individuals we serve to be yoga teachers and economic opportunity as a result
