Visit Stuhr Museum on Monday, May 26 for two special Memorial Day programs! 11:30 AM - Memorial Service for the Dead, held at the rural church cemetery at Stuhr Museum. Join the procession from Railroad Town at 11:15 (gather at the band stand) or meet us there. 2:00 PM - Public Memorial Exercises and Band Concert, held at the band stand in Railroad Town. Bring a chair or a blanket to sit on and join us as we honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country. MEMORIAL DAY SPECIAL: Veterans receive free admission! Active duty military personnel and their immediate families also receive free admission to Stuhr Museum through the Blue Star Museums program. Regular admission rates for Stuhr Museum are $14 for adults, $13 for seniors, $12 for youth ages 6-12, and free for ages 5 & under. Stuhr Museum and Hastings Museum members receive free daily admission. Those receiving food assistance through SNAP or WIC can show their card for discounted $3 admission for ages 6-adult, free for ages 5 & under, through our partnership with Museums for All. (fb)
