UPAL advocates for lead poisoned children and their families and provides resource referrals and access to Medical Care, Safe Affordable Housing and Education. Engaged in work to end lead poisoning and other environmental hazards. Advocating on behalf of lead poisoned children and their families to ensure access to medical care, safe, affordable housing and education.
