Get to Know Our Team Check Out Our Upcoming Events Make a Donation The Founding of Dots Tots Foundation Ashley Warnockx27s passion for serving local youth led her to work as a Childrenx27s Services caseworker for Delaware County Job and Family Services. Later she joined Viaquest a local agency contracted to run group homes for underprivileged teens where she directly worked with troubled children who had spent their entire lives in and out of foster care. After retiring from the workforce to become a homemaker Ashley felt a yearning to work with children again which led to a conversation with her husband Andy.
