The Grandfather Mountain Harvey Ritch Memorial Pipe Band wins at the Greenville Highland Games! The trophy the band won has special meeting to our organization as it is given in memory of one of our most influential players Ken Swinton. Congratulations to the band and to Pipe Major Andrew Warburton for his first victory in that role! Well done GMHPB/ HRM! From all of us with the Grandfather Mountain Highlander, we would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! This year has been both a rewarding and challenging year for many of us in the organization, and through the spirit of community, we end this year stronger than it began. As we look to the coming year, we are excited for what 2025 will hold. We look forward to welcoming new players, playing great music, and attending highland games band competitions.
