New Beginnings Cat Rescue CT Inc. (dba Hidden Treasures Adoption Center) is a foster-based rescue organization devoted to the welfare of cats. HTAC seeks to: 1. Rescue cats from situations that are abusive, unsafe, or neglectful. 2. Provide necessary veterinary care. 3. Provide foster homes for cats in our care. 4. Place rescued cats into permanent adoptive homes best suited for the particular needs and personality of each individual cat. 5. Provide post-adoption services to help adopted cats settle into their new homes. 6. Promote the importance of spaying/neutering domestic animals. 7. Educate the public on how to help prevent animal cruelty.
