Aucocisco School is a safe learning environment to gain the skills and strategies for success. Aucocisco School is a community of educators, parents, and students, in which individuals with learning differences can explore and develop their potential for future work and study. Aucocisco School creates a positive educational environment in which the schooling fits the student, providing a high level of challenge with a low level of stress. In this safe and nourishing setting, individuals are encouraged to develop a desire to learn and create a sense of pride in themselves and their accomplishments, and a respect for the worth of others and the world in which they live.

Aucocisco School and Learning Center Aucocisco Awkosisko is the Abenaki word for Casco Bay it means the resting place of the herons. We feel our students are like resting birds who rest and recover with us before flying back out into the world. Aucocisco School and Learning Center equips diverse learners with the skills and strategies necessary for success. With our many years of experience we can help.
