They are almost gone. The initial delivery of aid in the last days is a drop in the ocean of what is urgently needed. Significantly more aid must be allowed into the Gaza Strip immediately. Over a million children’s survival depends on it.” @unicef All children have the right to live, to be protected, to have access to food, water and medical care. Denying these basic human rights and deliberately creating conditions that intentionally starve and kill children and innocent civilians is genocide. Filed in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., the suit was brought by NPR and three Colorado-based public radio stations. It argues that Mr. Trump’s executive order violates the First Amendment and provisions of the Public Broadcasting Act, which was passed by Congress in 1967. The plaintiffs also assert that Mr. Trump did not have the authority to stop federal funding for NPR and PBS, and his order should be invalidated as unconstitutional. • The Trump administration is making its latest move to take away funding from Harvard University on Tuesday, writing in a letter that all federal agencies should look at canceling their government contracts with the Ivy League college or move them somewhere else. There are about 30 outstanding federal contracts with Harvard totaling $100 million, a senior administration official tells CBS News. • The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will no longer recommend routine Covid shots for healthy children and pregnant women, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F.
