TO HELP UNDERSERVED YOUTH, DEVELOP THE EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE NEEDED TO COUNTERACT DELINQUENCY AND REFUTE NEGATIVE SOCIAL NARRATIVES.
