Were Here Nonprofit is dedicated to providing resources to low-income underprivileged families since 2013 Were Here Nonprofit mission is to empower vulnerable individuals and families with resources that help them realize their full potential for long- term security and stability. Our vision is to inspire healthier communities by connecting members to resources that enhance their mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing. Were Here collaborates with other 501c3 organizations and philanthropic projects by providing capacity building, leadership training to those providing outreach for disadvantaged, at risk, and vulnerable populations so as to further our mission to provide integrative and relevant supportive services to the underprivileged and disenfranchised across America who support homelessness, cultural awareness, and mental health resources
