THE CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION OF WEST VIRIGNIA SERVES ITS MEMBERS, THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH VARIOUS MEANS OF COMMUNICATION, EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, PROMOTION, AND PUBLIC REPRESENTATION.
