The Mission of the Cape Fear Council, Scouting America is to to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. PROMOTE ABILITY OF BOYS, YOUNG MEN & WOMEN TO DO THINGS FOR THEMSELVES & OTHERS, TRAINING THEM IN SCOUTCRAFT & TEACHING THEM PATRIOTISM, COURAGE, SELF-RELIANCE & TO PREPARE THEM TO MAKE ETHICAL IN THEIR LIVES.
