The Aircraft Electronics Association represents 1,300 government-certified avionics repair stations, manufacturers, distributors and educational institutions. Founded in 1957, the AEA represents nearly 1,300 member companies in more than 40 countries, including approved maintenance organizations specializing in maintenance, repair and installation of aircraft electronics systems in general aviation aircraft.   • Gene Baker Memorial Scholarship: Open to AEA members, their children, grandchildren, or dependents, for any field of study.
  • Jim Cook Honorary Scholarship: For AEA members to attend training courses.
  • Chuck Freeland Memorial Scholarship for Flight Training: Supports employees of AEA member companies pursuing a recreational or private pilot certificate.
