📢 Today marks a major step forward as the Take It Down Act is officially signed into law — a critical win for protecting youth from being exploited online. This bill directly address non-consensual imagery and AI-generated “deep fakes” by criminalizing the publication of these images, creating accountability for online platforms and perpetrators, but most importantly, providing support for victims. We are proud to have backed and supported this legislation and were honored to be present in Washington, D.
