Home | ECPAA What is ECPAA. The Eastern Connecticut Performing Arts Association ECPAA is a 501c 3 nonprofit arts organization established in 2012. ECPAA is dedicated to nurturing a collaborative community of artists and artlovers that share our desire to revitalize eastern Connecticut39s performing arts scene as well as train and support a new generation of artists through arts education programs that promote lifelong learning. We hope to find renovate and open a community performing arts center in eastern Connecticut to expand our programming.
