This Saturday, on May 17th at 1:00 pm, join us at the Roseland Library in Roseland, NJ for Savoy Faire, a Gilbert & Sullivan ensemble featuring Light Opera of New Jersey artists. The great American poet Henry Wadsworth-Longfellow once said that “Music is the universal language of mankind.” The great English playwright Edward Bulwer-Lytton also remarked that “Music, once admitted to the soul, becomes a sort of spirit, and never dies.” The musical outreach of Savoy Faire is encapsulated in these two famous quotes. With a mission rooted in community outreach, Savoy Faire brings the wit and charm of Gilbert & Sullivan to audiences of all ages.
