CDSAE is a non-profit corporation organized under the Laws of the State of Delaware and its purposes are exclusively educational and any and all lawful purposes as set forth in its Certificate of Incorporation. CDSAE business is limited to the opening and operation of a school, before school programs, after school programs, and education related programs.
