It's quilt square day here at NOSW! Our ladies are prepping individual quilt squares that will tell their stories of resilience and share their journeys with the world. By the end of next week, each of these squares will be joined together by a local woman's quilting group to showcase their cohort's collective strength and goals. These quilts hang in our space to remind us of our strong commitment to traditional Appalachian culture and to remind all our participants that they never walk alone. We are so proud of our participants and all they bring to our program, from 1987 all the way until today and beyond.
