The mission of Envision Kindness is to promote kindness, caring and joy for many people. By promoting kindness and caring, we can increase positive interpersonal connection. That, in turn, is a potent way to reduce stress and promote happiness as well as positive mental and physical health. We do this in places of higher stress, like health care, schools, etc., using kindness media, which we create. All of our work is based in science and has scientific studies to prove its efficacy.
