Building Berks Affecting Community Development through Initiatives communications and collective impact The Alliance intends to influence lead and implement strategies to build a strong vibrant community. We have identified four initial targets for engagement a Clean Safe and Vibrant Urban Core the Health and Wealth of the Community Educational Attainment and Workforce Development Community Engagement and Dialogue Investigate our initiatives and the impact being achieved working together The Berks Alliance has a focus on safe clean and green while fostering improvements in the health wealth and education attainment of our community. We work to assure there is a adequate supply of living wage jobs and an available workforce to fill those positions. Experience the difference in a vibrant community on the move Greater Reading and Berks County are experiencing a renaissance.
