UTILIZES A HOLISTIC APPROACH TO PROVIDE MULTIFACETED SUBSTANCE ABUSE EDUCATION, PREVENTION, TREATMENT, AND OTHER SERVICES, WHICH PROMOTE HEALTH AND WELLNESS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITIES, WITH EMPHASIS ON AFRICAN AMERICANS AND OTHER MINORITIES.
