Festival of Bands Festival of Bands The 37th annual Festival of Bands will take place Saturday October 5 2024 in Sioux Falls SD. Hosted by five local high school bands the festival will feature bands from South Dakota Minnesota Iowa and Nebraska. Saturday October 5 2024 Howard Wood Field 1200 N Western AveSioux Falls SD 57106 Admission to the parade is free. Admission to the Field competitions is by wristband only.
