It is the mission of the Women's Athletic Performance Foundation(WAPF) DBA Santa Barbara Track Club (SBTC) to provide support to elite Track & Field athletes who aspire to compete at the highest levels in the world. Our supported athletes play a role in our community by serving as coaches and mentors to local youth through the Santa Barbara Youth Track Club.
