Our goal is to teach children, teens and adults to reduce stress, have strong self-esteem, overcome anxiety and depression, build confidence, and achieve better coping techniques, positive communication skills, and healthy relationships.

Louise was born and raised in Pottstown and earned her undergraduate degree at Rosemont College and her juris doctor at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg. Louise has been licensed to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania for over 25 years.
