Eunice Clement Sligh Foundation Inc. Mission The Eunice Clement Sligh Foundation Inc. ECS is a 501c3 organization that provides an array of comprehensive workshops and seminars on subjects tailored for offenders substance abusers unemployed underemployed homeless and disabled individuals specifically those with mental health impairments of all ages from youth to senior citizens who are living at or below the poverty level which has been established by federal guidelines. ECS respects the difference in age culture religion family structure race ethnic and economic backgrounds of its clients.
