Foster care Review Board for Collier County Florida Welcome To The Collier County Citizens Foster Care Review Board CFCRB When children are placed in foster care or protective supervision by the Department of Children and Families it is the responsibility of the juvenile court to hear these cases every 3 to 5 months in order to assure the safety of these children and to protect the rights of their parents.
