Founded in 2015 as a response to an ongoing nationwide decline of funding and lack of prioritization for music education our organization is diligently working to ensure access to music for the countrys atrisk youths. At the Gift of Music, one person's "we've never done that before" is our "let's make it happen. " That's why, on May 10th, we hosted a first in the State of Georgia: The Georgia Marching Band Adjudicators Summit, presented by Ultimate Drillbook at Kennesaw State University. A nationally renowned panel of judges led an interactive deep dive course for more than two dozen aspiring, new, and veteran adjudicators from the competitive marching band activity.
