Last Thursday, all elementary students had the option to participate in a student-choice menu for their lunch! This time, the meal was designed in collaboration with student leaders from Clear Springs Elementary. Students have loved breakfast-for-lunch meals, so the Nutrition Services team that knew adding some tasty new breakfast-style items would be a hit. The menu included cheesy egg bites, a whole grain cinnamon roll, sliced bell peppers, seasoned breakfast potatoes, cotton candy grapes, dried fruit bars, and a whole grain cookie.
