Good Samaritan Outreach Ministries
We stand together as the available hands and feet of Jesus Christ, to help heal the sick and broken-hearted and share His Good News. The Good Samaritan Church exists to equip, empower, and support youth and families within targeted Memphis areas and to effectively reach urban youth and nurture their development into purposeful adulthood. Our goal is to empower parents and families in the areas of self-help, spiritual development, heritage and cultural enhancement by offering GED classes, college readiness training, job training, computer training, and support groups. We also assist families who participate in the ministries with basic needs referrals and supports (i.e. food, clothing, job referrals, trainings and workshops dealing with social, emotional, physical and mental health, and psychological and spiritual needs, etc.).
