Rolando Park Community Council is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization serving the urban community of Rolando Park in San Diego's Mid-City area. Promoting the welfare of the community of Rolando Park and the citizens within. Securing adequate representation before any legislative body dealing with education, security and well being of our community and serving as a channel of communications between public and private bodies and the community while building strength and community in Rolando Park.
