Home Where It Began Rooted in Tradition Growing Futures The Heart of 4H in Maryland for 100 Years This is where it all began 100 years ago July 1925 when the camp had been built and the first Harford County 4H Camp was held. From this time forward the Harford County 4H CampDeer Creek Overlook has been hosting camps during the summer months. Venue Rental Camp Rental Upcoming Events Welcoming 4h Camps From All Over We have welcomed 4H camps from over the State of Maryland Harford Lacrosse Camps Harford Music Arts Camp Camp Counselor Weekends Girl Scout Troop Weekends Maryland 4H Engineering Camp Chesapeake Bay Region and many others. In addition we hold 4H Club Meetings 4H Meal Appeal 4H Achievement Day and 4H Rally Day Camp Reunion to name a few.
