IT WILL BE USED TO BRING AFFIRMATIVE LAWSUITS ON BEHALF OF INDIVIDUALS AND/OR GROUPS OF INDIVIDUALS CHALLENGING UNJUST LAWS AND DEFEND AGAINST GOVERNMENT OVERREACH.
