A Path Out of Hopelessness The Heart of Clay Correctional Ministry is located in Moorhead Minnesota. Originally operating under the name Clay County Jail Ministry we are a group of Christians from many walks of life who come together as an interdenominational group with the same purpose in mind. This effort is currently being guided by a group of volunteer board members whose desire it is to bring the love of Christ to the incarcerated their families the recently released and those serving in law enforcement in our community. Our beliefs are defined by the Bible and its teachings shape our Statement of Faith.
