The Joshua Tree Community is a nonprofit program for intellectually disabled adults over the age of The purpose and mission of The Joshua Tree Community is to provide a Day Program with real-life positive experiences for mildly intellectually disabled persons. The program is designed to serve those with non-aggressive behaviors for persons over the age of 22 or have exited public education within one year of their 22nd birthday. The program meets on a daily basis at St. Mark's Church in Geneva, Illinois. The daily program will incorporate planned activities to be designed to promote aspects of life long learning to this under-served population.
